Admission to the undergraduate 2+2 IEP typically begins in the first semester, in accordance with TIET admission norms. After the third semester, students can apply through a streamlined process via the Aston Applicant Portal, supported by a dedicated partnership team to ensure a smooth transfer. For the Postgraduate pathway, applications are routed through the Global Office.
TIET undergraduates earns a credit transfer degree through a 2+2 articulation pathway with Aston University through a 2+2 IEP. Students progress onto select Aston bachelor’s courses after completing 2 years at Thapar Institute. Programmes: BE in Electronics & Communication, BE in Electronics & Computer Engineering, and BA (Psychology).
